Charlene holds a B.S. in psychology (Arizona State University) and an M.A. in organizational leadership psychology (Chicago School of Professional Psychology). Her extensive experience includes working with a wide range of clients, from emerging leaders to C-suite executives, in Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups.
Charlene is a certified professional coach (CPC) from the University of Miami and an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is currently pursuing her Master Coach Certification (MCC), a prestigious designation requiring at least 2,500 hours of coaching experience.
